Meet Ceara
Ceara Calloway Cuthbertson,

My name is Ceara, psychotherapist and founder of Life in Bloom Therapy Services, PLLC. I currently serve individuals ages 18+ in North Carolina and Ohio. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, each with unique backgrounds, struggles, and goals. I specialize in eating and anxiety disorders, but I also treat many other mental health diagnoses including: trauma, depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. My style of therapy involves a lot of humor, open mindedness, focusing on strengths, and providing feedback. You can expect a listening ear, a confidential space, and a therapist who wants to see you develop into the best possible version of yourself. My treatment approach is a blend of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As a native of Western North Carolina, I am a natural born outdoorsman at heart- not in the hiking and camping kind of way… more of the eating brunch on patios and smores by the campfire kind of way. I’m an enneagram 2, a self proclaimed expert on pop culture, and my sun sign is Pisces. When I am not doing my part to dismantle diet culture, you can find me baking, working on my latest DIY project, or purchasing new houseplants for my botany obsessed husband to take care of (I am NOT the one with the green thumb in this partnership).
