At Life in Bloom, we support people who feel out of touch with their bodies for many different reasons. Sometimes that looks like your body not doing what you hoped it would, past trauma making it hard to feel safe in your body, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Our work focuses on helping you reconnect with your body and rebuild trust in your own internal signals and intuition.
At Life in Bloom Therapy, care is thoughtful, collaborative, and shaped around the individual in front of us. We offer therapy that supports you through life’s transitions with compassion, flexibility, and respect for your unique experiences. You don’t need to know exactly what you need to begin — we’ll figure that out together.
In addition to therapy services, Life in Bloom offers specialized assessments to help individuals and providers gain clarity and direction for care. We provide comprehensive eating disorder assessments, which can be helpful for clients seeking diagnostic clarity or for other providers who need a formal evaluation to guide treatment recommendations, higher levels of care, or insurance documentation. Some individuals pursue an assessment simply because they are curious about where their experiences fall diagnostically and want a clearer understanding of their relationship with food and body.
We also offer adult ADHD and autism assessments. These evaluations are designed for adults who may have long wondered about their neurodivergence and are seeking answers, validation, and practical next steps. Assessments can help individuals better understand their brains, access accommodations, or guide supportive treatment planning.
If you’re unsure whether an assessment would be helpful, we’re happy to talk through your situation and help you determine the best next step.
At Life in Bloom, we believe therapy doesn’t just happen in the therapy room. We enjoy partnering with community organizations to bring thoughtful, accessible mental health education into the spaces where people live, work, and learn.
Our team offers community presentations, workshops, and trainings for schools, medical providers, athletic teams, workplaces, and other organizations. Topics can include areas such as body image, eating disorders, mental health awareness, supporting individuals in recovery, navigating life transitions, and more. We’re also happy to collaborate on presentations tailored to the specific needs of your group.
If you’re interested in bringing a workshop, training, or speaker to your organization, please inquire for more information on how we can meet your needs.
