Meet Kelsey

Kelsey Henry, LCMHCA, LCASA

Do you feel stuck in the cycle of overthinking, chasing impossible standards, or never feeling good enough—no matter how much you accomplish? As a former collegiate athlete, I know what it’s like to push yourself to the limit, juggle high expectations, and feel the weight of perfectionism, both in and out of your sport. It can be exhausting trying to meet every expectation, but you don’t have to do it alone.

If perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, or body image stress are running the show, I’m here to help you take back control. Whether you're an athlete, student, or young professional, I’ll help you break free from the cycle of self-doubt and find a healthier balance between ambition and self-compassion.

Trauma can make you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, whether it’s relentless self-criticism, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling disconnected from your body. In our sessions, you’ll get personalized support in a space where your struggles are taken seriously. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and free of generic advice—because your journey deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

If you're ready to quiet the overthinking, loosen the grip of perfectionism, heal from past wounds, and feel more at home in your body, let’s connect. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help.

I believe:

I believe our body speaks, and she is worth listening to.

I believe we all have the power to make someone feel seen.

I believe a quiet cup of coffee in the morning starts your day off right.

I believe the ocean heals.

I believe you are worthy of love, always.

I believe in you.
